We accept submissions of articles on various legal issues. We prefer articles from law students or lawyers practising anywhere in the globe.

There are a few housekeeping rules:

Length: Between 800 and 1200 words. Any extension beyond that is not allowed unless reasonable.

Originality: The articles must be original and exclusive to The Legal Analytica.

Language. Your submission must be written in English (US).

Legalese: Our audience varies. Kindly write in plain English. Only quote statutory provisions expressly as a measure of last resort.

Topic: The Legal Analytica has two sections:

  1. The Interpreter. Here we explain why things happen the way they are. (comes to you every Wednesday). Click  here to view some articles.
  2. The Legal Analytica weekly. Articles on thematic issues that we frame to run for a particular period, e.g., Data Protection, COVID-19, among others. (Published every Friday). Click  here to view some articles. For the period running from December 1- 30, we shall be looking at Estate Planning, Family Law, and Succession.
